There are a variety of different day-long river cruises available, including a visit to Ho Chi Minh City’s popular tourist attraction, the Cu Chi Tunnels. The Cu Chi Tunnels is a series of underground networks that were used as hiding spots by Viet Cong soldiers during the war against French colonists from 1945-1954 and again in the 1960s in the Vietnam War with the United States. The Vietnamese government has since preserved the 75-mile long tunnels, which now operate as a war memorial park.

Other day-long cruises include trips to the Mekong Delta, the Vam Sat Mangrove forest, and the Cao Dai Temple. Whether you prefer private or small group tours, there are plenty of options available for all travelers alike.
